RECHARGE

Event date: 5 January 2024
Venue:
Juanita Nielsen Community Centre, Woolloomooloo

Tea appreciation promotes reflection and fosters clarity. Deep Tea: RECHARGE was a tea experience designed to help people connect with themself to start the year with vision and purpose.

In the Tea Room we had two gongfu cha tables, hosted by Matt from Tea Angle and Lucie of Tea in Season, plus Lulu of Gong with the Wind seated in front of the tree, who guided participants through a silent bowl tea ceremony.

In the Studio, Carol of My Yoga Essence had two sessions – yin yoga and qigong – to help participants connect with their bodies, followed by a bowl of tea served by Cathy of Ms Cattea to sharpen their minds.

We also had a Brew Bar where people could sip and relax.
